At nisbah, we understand that finding the perfect scent is a personal experience, and your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a flexible, customer-friendly return and exchange policy designed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused (e.g., not sprayed or applied) and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, including all accompanying materials (e.g., boxes, inserts, seals).

The return must be initiated within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but may be returned for store credit (valid for 12 months) if unused and in original packaging.

Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement, provided the issue is reported within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an automated email notification confirming whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for us to inspect the item after it arrives at our return location.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 business days: Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Sale items

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but may be returned for store credit (valid for 12 months) if unused and in original packaging.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for different scents within the 60-day return period, as long as the original item is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges will be processed after the return is received and inspected. All exchanges are subject to product availability. To request an exchange, please email us at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. NISBAH is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Return Period

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
